  34. I am sick of the ugly looking non-proportional text viewers.  So  I  decided  to
  35. write  my  own  viewer  that would be font-sensitive, and blend in with all your
  36. other nice patches, as so not to spoil the look and feel of your Workbench.
  37.  
  38. Well I was sick  of  non-proportional  text  viewers  until  I  made  horizontal
  39. scrolling  in this version. Now EvenMore doesn't support proportional fonts. But
  40. IMHO, even though EvenMore isn't as powerful as the rest,  it  still  looks  far
  41. nicer than the competition, and is increasing in functionality at every release.

  46.  o Scroller window allows easier moving about documents.
  47.  o AppWindow, AppIcon and AppMenu makes opening files easy. Not only can you
  48.    drag files onto them, but also drawers, and a requester will appear!

  51.  o Can open the window on any public screen and move between them.
  52.  o Can create it's own public screen to run on.
  53.  o ARexx port for remote control.

  56.  o String and pattern finding functions with search hilighting, including file

  83.  Here are the recent features

  86.  o Created a basic RTF plugin.
  87.  o Removed Printer settings from the preference GUI. Instead of opening the
  88.    printer device, it will now open a file using the PRT: device instead. The
  89.    other method was causing problems with TurboPrint. Please use the Workbench
  90.    printer preferences instead.
  91.  o Fixed a bug. Was updating menus while they were still in use when loading or
  92.    closing a file. Thanks Jean Marie :).
  93.  o Images within EvenMore, e.g. Hand image when you quit EvenMore, will now be
  94.    loaded through icons in the icon folder you are currently using. They will
  95.    support NewIcons/GlowIcons as usual.
  96.  o Created a basic Becker2text plugin.
  97.  o A new PowerArt ASCII plugin has been created by aGGreSSor of team PowerAmiga,
  98.    along with a new Russian locale!
  99.  o Created a very basic work in progress IXML plugin (See Ix-Guide,
  100.    www.fortunecity.com/skyscraper/hudson/187.
  101.  o Amended EvenMore's escape code interpreter. Not sure if these codes are in
  102.    use already, if they are, someone let me know.
  103.    I have 2 new codes, *e[50;0;0;0m and *e[51;0;0;0m. Both take 3 arguments
  104.    after them to allocate a pen for text (R,G,B). 50 changes the Pen colour, and
  105.    51 will change the background colour, thus giving you multicoloured text.
  106.  o Rewrote RTF plugin from the ground up with full colour support.
  107.  o Jan Zahurancik has created a Slovak catalog for EvenMore!
  108.  o Quickload list from the menus gave trouble because it tried to reset menus
  109.    while they were in use. Fixed. Also tried to squeeze prefs window smaller so
  110.    it would give less trouble on smaller screenmodes.
  111.  o Text formatting will now span more than one line if required. Unfortunatley
  112.    this will mean reprogramming some of the plugins as these were programmed
  113.    relying on EvenMore not being able to carry the text format on to the next
  114.    line.

  116. There are still a few things to be ironed  out  though.  Please  read  the  docs
  117. before you delete as soon as you set your eyes on it.
